Refund and Exchange Policy - Mini & Kidi

At Mini & Kidi, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return and exchange process to ensure your shopping experience is as enjoyable as possible.

Return and Exchange Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, with labels and protective stickers still attached.
  • The product received does not match the size or item you ordered.

How to Apply for a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. We will review your case and process it accordingly. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us with photographic evidence of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • For defective or faulty items, we will send a replacement item after confirming the issue.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, for defective items, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed via bank transfer.

When Will My Return Be Processed?

We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item. During busy periods, such as sales events, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.

Size Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with labels/stickers intact. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. A small exchange fee (depending on package size) will apply for this service.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • The item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
  • There was a mistake with the item received (i.e., the wrong size or product).

Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Returns for Sale and Discounted Items

Returns or exchanges for sale or discounted items will only be accepted if the item was faulty or if a mistake was made during packing. These products are not eligible for exchanges or returns if they are in perfect condition.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Items returned outside the specified return period.
  • Products on SALE, BUNDLE, or CLEARANCE items.
  • Requests for color or style changes.

Faulty or Wrong Order Returns

If you receive a faulty item or if we send you the wrong product or size, please reach out to us immediately with your order receipt or order number. We will either issue a refund, send a replacement, or offer an exchange, based on your preference.
