DELIVERY INFORMATION

Where can I receive my order? You can receive your order at any private address (home, work, or a drop-off point), but we cannot deliver to post office boxes or to a Mini & Kidi store location.

How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are typically delivered within 3-4 business days.

How much are delivery costs? A delivery fee of PKR 200 is charged for orders under PKR 3,000. Enjoy free delivery for orders above PKR 3,000 within Pakistan.

Which courier will deliver my order? The courier service will depend on your delivery location and the delivery method chosen. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with the courier details and tracking number.

What happens if I’m not at home when the order is delivered? If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will send you an SMS with the payment details. Be sure to have someone at home, such as a family member or friend, to accept the delivery on your behalf.
